Our goal is to promptly return phone calls and to answer your questions - basic courtesies that many lawyers commonly ignore because they are so busy.

We believe that lawyers should treat their clients like family.

One of our clients recently thanked us for obtaining a settlement of his lawsuit. When we asked him what he thought about us as attorneys, he said "You treated me like family." That's the highest compliment we could hope to receive.

We believe that litigation costs are too high.

Lawsuits are often costly. Our clients don't have unlimited legal budgets. Some of them have no legal budget at all. We offer creative fee agreements including hourly fee, contingent fee*, and hybrid fee arrangements.

We believe that civility and courtesy are not signs of weakness.

We are zealous advocates for our clients. We have learned that civility and courtesy are not incompatible with zealous advocacy. As professionals, we recognize that we owe a duty to our clients, opposing counsel, jurors, and judges to treat them with civility and dignity.

We believe that lawyers should be involved in their community.

Our lawyers and staff are deeply involved in our community, providing financial support for local charities and volunteering time to local schools through the Community In Schools program. We also provide pro bono representation for individuals who have no ability to hire attorneys to protect their legal rights.
