Richard LaGarde

Mr. LaGarde is the past President of the Houston chapter of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. LaGarde was selected as a "Super Lawyer" by Texas Monthly magazine in 2003, 2004, and 2007, 2008, and 2009. He was selected in 2005 by H Magazine as one of the "Top Lawyers for the People". He is board certified in both civil trial and personal injury trial law, a distinction achieved by fewer than 1% of Texas attorneys. He has served as President of the Houston Trial Lawyer's Association, Chairman of the Houston Trial Lawyer's Foundation, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Trial Lawyer's Association. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, and Florida.
